Mr. Mayfield's Bio
Ben Mayfield grew up in the Mobile area.  In 2004 he moved to Troy,
Alabama where he attended Troy University, graduating in May of
2009 with a Bachelors of Music Education Degree.  While attending
Troy, Mr. Mayfield served as the Tuba Section leader for The Sound of
The South Marching Band, as well as a student assistant to many
School of Music events held through out the year.   Mr. Mayfield
returned to the mobile area in the Spring of 2009 and is now
starting his Second year as the Associate Director of Bands at Mary
G. Montgomery High School.  Go Vikings!
